All about My Kitchen Rules 2022
The new season of My kitchen rules airs at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday August 7 on Channel Seven and 7plus.

Famous for his MKR catch-cry, “where’s the sauce?” chef and cookbook author Manu Feildel is back to co-host its twelfth season of Australia’s favorite cooking show.
Joining Manu Feildel this year is an iconic food writer and TV cook Nigelle Lawson, who is looking forward to being this year’s home cook champion. She said “Right away, I loved it MKR was about home cooks. Although I greatly admire chefs, home cooking is my heart. For me, that’s the real story of food, and I was so excited to eat foods that told me where people came from, who they were, and what they liked.
Also joining this year’s jury as guest judges are a renowned chef, restaurateur, author and international TV personality Peter Curtis, and Dublin-born chef, restaurateur and former MKR judge Hake Fasnidge.
